Description
We provide systems for fully automated HPLC analysis which saves valuable time by not having to transfer samples manually from the dissolution testers to the HPLC. Furthermore, analysis is performed out of office hours thus utilising valuable time overnight or at weekends. Using our IDIS software, highly sophisticated HPLC drivers have been developed for some HPLC CDS.
These drives allow IDIS to control all the instruments configured for the dissolution tests including the HPLC, automatically creating the Sequence Table / Sample Set to the HPLC CDS; acquiring HPLC results after each injection and calculating the dissolution results.
Currently, drivers are available for Agilent ChemStation Open Lab™ but IDIS can also work with other HPLC.
